Openbravo release 2.3 available

Openbravo's latest release includes:
- A complete redesign of the UI focused on usability: AJAX controls based on DOJO, revised user messages, skinability
- Integration with JasperReports for easier report generation
- User definable alarms with e-mail notification
- Enhancements in the accounting functionality
